Kids MMA 7-10YRS

Kids Mixed Martial Arts 7-10YRS is a combination of the most practical martial art disciplines. Our program begins with two fundamental martial arts: kickboxing and wrestling. Students progress at their own pace and we'll introduce new techniques as they improve.

Submission Wrestling

Submission Wrestling is a combination of wrestling, jiu jitsu and judo techniques. Our fundamentals program covers all the main takedowns, positions and submissions. Technique for (1)hr and then (5x5) minute rounds with (1) minute rest in between each round.
