Striking is about more than just hitting a target; it’s about timing, rhythm, and coordination. Our classes emphasize practical, hands-on experience through:
Technical Pad Work: Learn the vital skill of holding and hitting Thai pads and focus mitts with a partner to build real-world combinations.
Bag Conditioning: Utilize a variety of specialized gym bags to develop striking power, endurance, and bone conditioning.
Controlled Environment: We prioritize a safe learning atmosphere. While we encourage growth, all sparring is strictly regulated and must be approved by the Instructor to ensure every student progresses at a safe and appropriate pace.
