Submission Wrestling: The Art of the Ground Game
Our Submission Wrestling program is a sophisticated hybrid of the world’s most effective grappling arts. By integrating the explosive takedowns of Wrestling, the technical precision of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and the powerful throws of Judo, we provide a comprehensive curriculum designed for both self-defense and high-level competition.
A Long-Term Path to Mastery
Grappling is a deep and rewarding discipline that involves a vast array of technical data. We recognize that mastering the ground game is a marathon, not a sprint—it can take years of dedicated practice to achieve true proficiency. Because of this complexity, our program is built on a systematic, rotating curriculum designed to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Our Monthly Focus System
To prevent "information overload" and ensure deep technical retention, we focus our training on a monthly cycle. This allows students to immerse themselves in a specific area until the movements become second nature:
The Monthly Submission: We dedicate an entire month to a single major submission (such as the Armbar, Triangle, or Guillotine), breaking down every setup, finish, and counter.
Takedowns & Transitions: Learn to bridge the gap from standing to the ground using high-percentage Wrestling shots and Judo throws.
Positional Dominance: Master the hierarchy of the ground game, including Guard, Side Control, Mount, and Back Control.
Escapes & Reversals: Develop the "un-pinnable" mindset by learning how to neutralize an opponent's pressure and return to a dominant position.
Why Train Submission Wrestling?
Whether your goal is to compete in MMA, excel in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, or simply gain the confidence that comes with elite grappling skills, our program offers a structured roadmap. You will learn to move with efficiency, use leverage over strength, and solve the "human chess match" of combat sports.
